  I'm usually not the type to write online reviews for anything. However, my experience was bad enough to warrant me writing a review for this Duncan Donuts. I ordered a coffee and two ham egg and cheese sandwiches. The sandwiches were given to me cold and disgusting. How do you screw up re-heating a ham, egg and cheese sandwich? I'm never going back to this location.

  Dreadful experience and will never go back. Went here to get cream cheese. That's it. Took 15 minutes to get it. Super busy? Nope. Stood there waiting for a while after I purchased it. People behind my were getting coffee and leaving. I asked a woman. That was just standing there if she could help me. She rolled her eyes at me and asked if I had a receipt. She then ripped it out of my hands, looked at it, then back and at me, then threw it back to me. She then proceeded to tell someone to get it. Waited another minute for a different person to hand it to me. Lady is still standing there as I realize I need a knife as well. I ask for one and I am yet again given attitude. Leave very upset. Also the parking lot is very dangerous.

  They always are on point with my coffee. I go out of my way to go to this one For that reason.
