    Service Here Sucks!

    Waited about 15 mins in line to refill my mug. Then when I suggest to open a second "express" register the employees lash out at me, calling me "privileged" and" not special". They tell me to take my problems up with the manager.
    How unreasonable is it to want to get coffee quickly that is already made and waiting for refills!

    Not to mention they were all out of regular blend and the hazelnut tasted like ASS!

    Terrible service and coffee.

    TL;DR DON'T GO HERE

    Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place. The employees made me pay first, took their sweet time making my order, and then messed up. This is my third poor experience with Einstein Bros. I've decided to never go again.
